| WHAT
CAN A RELOCATION DIRECTOR DO FOR YOU? |
At some time in your life, you will likely
find yourself involved with one or more of the following scenarios:
- You are moving and need selling and home buying
assistance
- Planning ahead, you want to buy a vacation
home or locate a retirement site
- You want to sell property you no longer need.
- Parents must be moved nearer to you
- The kids are going to college and you decide
to buy something for them to live in instead of renting.
- The time is right to develop a portfolio of
investment properties in one or several areas of the country
When these events occur, you need to find the person or persons who
can best serve your needs. You may know of a Realtor near you who can
help but, as relocation is not generally an area active Realtors are
heavily involved with, they often do not know how to find the best help
for you outside of your local area.
To aid you in that search contact me. I have served as a Relocation
Director since 1983 and have developed an extensive network of excellent
Realtors throughout the country.
I am a member of The Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and have earned
their Corporate Relocation Professional (CRP) designation, The National
Association of Realtors and International Relocation Consultants (Inrelco)
all of which work very hard to improve and upgrade the level of service
offered by the Real Estate community. The addition of Coldwell Banker
and ERA into our corporate family has increased our capabilities of
assuring you the best service possible.
So whether you live in Northern Maine or Southern California and need
Real Estate assistance anywhere from Florida to Washington State, just
let me know. I welcome calls at 1-800-528-0626 or you may email me at
